Hi. My name is James Abbott and I’m a Google Ads (formerly known as “AdWords”) expert.
I am a real person, I live in Montreal, Canada, I belong to Google’s “Partner Program,” and I have been an AdWords expert – in all industries and niches – since 2007.
The Whole E-Commerce Problem
Google Ads is still one of the most powerful and effective ways to generate e-comm sales…
… it’s also really, really hard to do correctly! Most people fail, where they could have succeeded.
Google Ads doesn’t appear to be difficult… I mean, you can get started with a campaign really quickly.
Plus, Google’s never-ending push to get us all to let their algorithm do all the post-launch optimizing that’s needed, makes it seem like a no-brainer!
But then you start your campaign, spend a ton of money over the months, and find you just keep spending more than you’re making!
So you try this and you try that and eventually just throw in the towel, telling yourself Google Ads “doesn’t work for my type of business”.
Well… that might be true (more on this in a minute). However…
After personally working on hundreds and hundreds of different Google Ads projects over the last 17 years – let me share with you the most important thing I learned about using Google Ads for e-commerce sites:
“A super successful Google Ads campaign – or a complete failure of a campaign – depends 100% on a long list of small but critical details.”
It frustrates me really… I see good people, in all sorts of different e-comm niches, launching campaigns every day that end up failing. Wasted money.

And yet they could have got exactly what they wanted from their campaigns if they only knew all the little nuances and tricks and details that Google Ads experts know about. Especially in this new, AI-driven era.
That’s why I launched this little service of mine back in 2007. And although we have grown a lot, we still have the same commitment.
It's all about the details
These are just a few of the critical details I’m talking about:
- Which campaign types to use, and at what point in the campaign’s lifecycle (Search campaigns, Shopping campaigns, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
- Which metrics to optimize for, and when (CPC? CTR? Conversion Rate? Ad Position? ROAS?)
- Which bid strategies to use, and at what point in the campaign’s lifecycle (Manual bidding? Max Clicks? Max Conversions? CPA Bidding? Etc.)
- Properly organized and segmented Product Groups
- Properly formatted Product Data Feed
- Proper Google Merchant Center linking to your store
- Data feed management
- Promotions and Promotion IDs
- How to use Audience Segmenting correctly
- The right way to build your negative keyword list
…and about 20 other things that have to be done exactly right.

My fee?
I charge a small, monthly fee for what I do. The amount varies depending on several things, but my promise remains… my fee will be more than made up for by your increase in business.
That means you don’t need to worry about your campaign(s) anymore, you have a professional managing it full time, and you’ll be bringing in more sales to your site than you were before, for the same (or less) money than you’ve been spending.
The Catch
Yes, there is one catch.
I cannot do this for every e-commerce site. There are some industries and some situations where Google Ads is not the right traffic platform to use.
Lucky for me, there aren’t many – I have “done my thing” successfully in hundreds of different industries.
How will I know?
Well, this is kind of the best part of my formula:
I won’t take on your campaign if I don’t think I can improve it!
Remember, if I don’t build a winning campaign, you won’t stay. And I’m not interested in that. Which brings me to your next step… (and my 2 conditions).
The next step is simply to chat about it, about your site/store, about your goals for the campaign, etc.
No charge or anything – just a quick email chat, or phone chat (whichever you prefer) to see if there’s a fit.
And if there is… well, you’ll save money, get more sales, and you won’t have to stress over your Google Ads campaigns anymore either!
My 2 conditions
1. You must have used Google Ads before (ideally you still are).
2. You must be spending (or willing to spend) at least $500/month on your campaign(s).
* So just message me using the little Contact Form at the top-right of this page and we’ll set up a phone chat.
Easy.
I look forward to speaking with you!
-James
P.S. Just shoot me a quick message above and I’ll give you an idea of what I can do with your campaign.
